Cinnamon Yogurt Fruit Dip

Yields 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8-ounce) container of vanilla yogurt (dairy or soy)

2 teaspoon wildflower honey or agave nectar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Children love to dip and this is a quick and easy yogurt dip that can be used with fruit or with vegetables. Using dips is a great way to increase your children's intake of healthy fruits and vegetables.

  • Combine and stir all ingredients until smooth.

  • Drizzle over fruit or use as a dip.

Cinnamon Is More than a Tasty Spice!

Researchers have shown that ½ teaspoon of cinnamon per day may help to lower blood glucose in people with type-2 diabetes and may also help to control cholesterol and help improve brain function. Use cinnamon daily in your family meals or steep a cinnamon stick in teas or juice.
