Chicken Salad

The consistency of this chicken salad will be better for your child closer to 18 months. Serve this on whole-wheat crackers or whole-wheat pita. Use this to stuff pea pods or celery as a fun snack for your children.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 10 ounces

  • 10 ounces canned white meat chicken, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dried blueberries
  • ¼ cup vegenaise

Combine all ingredients.
