Banana Yogurt Milkshake
Agave nectar or honey can be used to sweeten this to your taste. Use different flavored yogurts to make different flavored milkshakes. Blending crushed ice in the milkshake creates a thicker shake.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2 cups
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt (dairy or soy)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or soy)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
