Sweet Potato & Carrot Purée

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS ½ cup

  1. Peel carrot and cut into small slices or chunks.

  2. Steam carrot using either a steamer basket or microwave.

  3. Transfer carrot to a blender or food processor and purée using reserved steaming water to achieve age-appropriate consistency.

  4. Combine carrot purée with Sweet Potato Purée.
