INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2 cups
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
Thoroughly rinse quinoa under running water.
Combine quinoa and the 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the outer ring of each grain separates.
Fluff before serving.
