Tomato & Orzo Soup
Yields 6 cups
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups roasted red pepper and tomato soup
1 cup of black beans, drained
2 cups cooked orzo pasta
6 tablespoons whole-milk plain yogurt
This is an easy way to turn a can of soup into a family meal.
Put organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup in a medium saucepan. Add beans to the soup.
Combine soup and beans with pasta.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of the yogurt.
