Mango & Brown Rice
Yields 5 cups
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 mangos, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
For a twist to this recipe, cook the brown rice in coconut milk to give this dish more of an Asian influence and introduce your child to the flavor of coconut!
Combine cooked brown rice and chopped mangos.
Squeeze lime juice on top for flavor.
