Banana Mash
Yields 6 tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
½ ripe banana
Bananas do not freeze well so only prepare the amount that you can use for 1–2 feedings. Bananas are an excellent source of potassium.
Cut banana in half and peel one half, removing any strings.
Place banana flesh in bowl.
Mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
