Hummus Yogurt Dipping Sauce
This yogurt hummus tastes great when served with homemade Baked Pita Chips. You can also serve with fresh vegetables for dipping.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2½ cups
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1–2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Drain can of beans and save liquid.
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend well.
Use reserved liquid from garbanzo beans to thin to desired consistency.
