Green boats are a fun way to introduce celery. Get creative and let your children “race” these boats around their plate and across the finish line into their mouths!
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 8–12 boats
- 4 washed celery stalks
- 1 (8-ounce) package vegetable cream cheese
- Paprika seasoning
- Cheddar cheese slices, cut into triangles
Cut celery stalks into 4″ pieces.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of cream cheese into celery and level with a knife.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Top each with a cheddar cheese “sail.”
Cover, chill, and serve.
