Fresh Fruit Slush

This tangy mixture can be used as a light dip for fruit or can be used a dressing to drizzle over fresh fruit. Frozen mangos and strawberries can also be used together as an alternative to peaches.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3 cups

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Combine the all the ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Process until smooth.
