Flaxseed Meal Can Replace Eggs
Flaxseed meal can be used to replace the egg that is traditionally used in meatloaf. Flaxseed meal is a source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are often lacking in the American diet. There is evidence to show that flaxseed is good for improving overall general health and preventing diseases.
