There are many reasons to fold a hand in a poker game. Maybe your cards are no good, or your eyes are tired from staring at the computer screen. These same ideas apply to your whole poker-playing experience. While poker can be a lot of fun, there may also come a time when you'll decide it's best to turn in your chips — virtual or otherwise — and move on. After all, you can get too much of a good thing, and when poker starts to interrupt the financial, social, or other parts of your life, it's time to call it quits.
