IT'S A FACT: WITH OCD comes fear. Therapy, medication, or any number of other treatments can help, but you'll probably always have to contend with some anxiety some of the time. Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway by Dr. Susan Jeffers is a good book, and its title alone is worth remembering for its meaningful message. Venturing into new situations will often be scary, but you need to do it anyway. Great effort can bring great reward.
