Cinnamon Curry Fruit Dip

The sweet tartness of peaches combines beautifully with curry powder. This special dip can be served as dessert.

1 peach

1 teaspoon curry powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup low-fat sour cream

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1. Peel peach and remove stone; cut peach into slices. Place in food processor or blender along with curry powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, sour cream, and cream cheese and blend until smooth. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with fruit and bread.
