Tangy Fish Fillets Recipe
Dressing up breaded fish fillets is a delicious way to add flavor and fun to your meals. And it's so inexpensive!

- 1 lemon
- 1 (21-ounce) package breaded fish fillets
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F, or as package directs. Place fish fillets in a 15″ × 10″ jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Remove fish from oven and spread each with some of the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven and bake for 5–10 minutes longer or until fish is thoroughly cooked and topping is bubbling.
