Shredded Pork
Shredded pork can be made into tacos or burritos too. Combine the pork mixture with enchilada or taco sauce and canned beans. Roll up inside flour or corn tortillas or place into taco shells with some shredded cheese, and bake or microwave until the burritos are hot.
