Creamy Fettuccine Recipe
This super simple recipe is perfect for the days when all you have is pasta, cheese, eggs, and milk on hand.

- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
In a medium bowl combine cream, milk, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper and mix with wire whisk; set aside.
Place peas in colander and place in sink.
Cook spaghetti until al dente according to package directions. Drain over peas in colander and return to pot.
Stir egg mixture again and add to pot. Toss together with pasta and peas over medium heat for 2–3 minutes or until sauce forms and mixture is hot.
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
