6 parsnips, peeled and cut into ½″ cubes
1 teaspoon Hot Curry Spice Blend
4 teaspoons unsalted butter
½ cup warm skim milk
Cook the parsnip cubes in gently boiling water for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
Add the parsnips to the bowl of a food processor along with the remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
