Spectrum Naturals Canola Spray Oil with Butter Flavor
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 cups baby carrots, sliced
1 teaspoon English Spice Blend
Preheat oven to 350°.
Treat an ovenproof casserole dish with the spray oil. Add the water and lemon juice, and stir to combine. Spread the carrot slices over the water-lemon mixture. Mist the carrots with the spray oil. Sprinkle the seasoning over the carrots. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Mist the carrots again with the spray oil, if desired. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
