½ cup grapeseed or canola oil
¼ cup red wine or balsamic vinegar (or a combination)
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon dried basil
¼–½ teaspoon salt-free chili powder
¼–½ teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons Muir Glen No Salt Added Tomato Paste
Pinch dried red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
Add all the ingredients to a jar. Cover and shake well to combine. Refrigerate between uses. To serve, shake well to emulsify.
