1 ounce Easy Slow-Cooked “Roast” Beef, chopped
1 medium-size steamed potato, diced
½ cup unseasoned steamed carrots
¾ cup boiling water
¼ teaspoon Minor's Low Sodium Beef Base
¼ teaspoon Minor's Roasted Mirepoix Flavor Concentrate
1 teaspoon low-sodium ketchup
Prepare a 10-ounce, wide-mouth thermos by filling it with hot water.
Add the beef, potatoes, and carrots to a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high until heated through. Drain the hot water from the thermos and discard. Put the heated beef, potatoes, and carrots in the thermos.
Stir the Minor's bases and ketchup into the boiling water; pour over the ingredients in the thermos and stir. Seal the lid. At lunch, either stir the stew or shake the thermos a few times to combine the ingredients.
