1 cup Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
¼ cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Put the Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce and lime juice in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix together with the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until needed. Can be safely stored in the refrigerator until the expiration date on the yogurt.
