¼ pound Easy Slow-Cooked Pork
2 tablespoons Mr. Spice Honey Mustard Sauce
1 Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apple, sliced
2 slices red onion
2 cups coleslaw mix
4 drops toasted sesame oil Dash freshly ground black pepper
In a small nonstick sauté pan treated with nonstick spray, stir-fry the leftover pork until warm. Add the honey mustard sauce; mix until well-blended.
Add the apple, onion, and coleslaw mix; stir, then cover and cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Top the salads with 2 drops each of the sesame oil and some freshly ground black pepper.
