1 pound lean ground turkey
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon dried sage
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
Pinch ground allspice
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well-mixed. Form into 8 equal-sized patties.
Pan-fry in a nonstick grill pan or prepare in a covered indoor grill (such as a George Foreman — style indoor grill). The sausage is done when the juices run clear.
