Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a roasting pan with foil. Place scrod on the pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Pour wine around the fish. Bake for 10 minutes, until fish is just opaque.
Preheat the broiler. Sprinkle fish with the bread crumbs. Broil 6 inches from heat source for 2 to 3 minutes or until bread crumbs are just browned. Serve immediately.
