Thaw the orange juice concentrate. Combine in medium bowl with remaining ingredients. Stir until mixture blends and sugar dissolves.
Pour into 10 4-ounce paper drink cups or popsicle molds and freeze until thickened, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Insert popsicle sticks and return to freezer. Freeze until firm, about 3 to 4 hours. To serve, peel off the paper cup.
