Orange You Ready to Lose Weight? Smoothie

To add some bulk, add a small orange to the mixture after blending so you have some sweet orange chunks in the smoothie.

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup nonfat yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall glass.
