This smoothie is great when you add fruit like a peach or banana.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2 servings

  • 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
  1. Brew 1 cup of green tea, then chill.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  3. Pour into a tall glass.
