Banana-Peach

Add a little low- or nonfat peach or banana yogurt to get even more flavor out of this delicious smoothie.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 serving

  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall glass.

Making Smoothies

Invent your own smoothie by mixing any fruits you desire in a blender with milk and yogurt. Just keep in mind that if you use a very sour fruit, like a lemon, you should mellow the taste by balancing it out with something like a banana.
