Banana-Peach
Add a little low- or nonfat peach or banana yogurt to get even more flavor out of this delicious smoothie.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 serving
- 1 banana
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- ½ cup skim milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass.
