Dressing Tomatoes
You can use nearly any type of dressing on tomatoes, but most people prefer an oil and vinegar or Italian dressing. For a very simple dressing that goes nicely with tomatoes and mozzarella, mix equal parts extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
