Faux Sour Cream
This sauce has all the flavor and creaminess of a thick sour cream without the guilt in calories!
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 6 servings
- ⅛ cup plain nonfat yogurt
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- ½ teaspoon vinegar
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Process until smooth.

Vinegar Options
The type of vinegar used in the Faux Sour Cream recipe will affect the “tang” of the sour cream taste. Apple cider vinegar, for example, has a stronger taste; white wine or champagne vinegar tends to be milder.
