Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted chickpeas make a tasty snack on their own. They come in many flavors, and they are good sources of iron, calcium, antioxidants, and protein. They have less fat than peanuts, but be careful to buy low-sodium chickpeas to avoid excess salt.
