Broiled Chicken Livers
Maple-flavored bacon imparts a different flavor to the chicken livers.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2 servings
- 1 cup cooked chicken livers
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices very lean low-sodium bacon
Drain cooked livers and dry.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each liver and secure with a toothpick.
Broil until bacon is crisp.
