Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie
Folding ingredients means you want to blend them together but not mix them completely. With this recipe it creates layers of flavor.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 10 servings
- 2 14-ounce packages fat-free chocolate pudding
- ½ cup smooth reduced-fat peanut butter
- 19″ graham cracker crust
- 1 8-ounce container low-fat whipped topping
Fold the pudding and peanut butter together in a large bowl.
Pour filling into pie crust and freeze until firm.
Thaw in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Top with low-fat whipped topping before serving.
