Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie

Folding ingredients means you want to blend them together but not mix them completely. With this recipe it creates layers of flavor.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 10 servings

  • 2 14-ounce packages fat-free chocolate pudding
  • ½ cup smooth reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 19″ graham cracker crust
  • 1 8-ounce container low-fat whipped topping
  1. Fold the pudding and peanut butter together in a large bowl.

  2. Pour filling into pie crust and freeze until firm.

  3. Thaw in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

  4. Top with low-fat whipped topping before serving.

Pie Toppings
