Oven-Fried Chicken
Be sure to crush corn flakes thoroughly. This makes the fried chicken so crispy you won't even remember you used corn flakes.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2 servings; serving size 4 ounces
- ¼ cup fat-free sour cream
- ¼ cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing
- 2 4-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1½ cups crushed corn flakes
Mix sour cream with the salad dressing in a small bowl.
Place chicken breasts in a plastic bag and add the sour cream and Italian salad dressing. Mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove chicken and shake off excess liquid
Dredge chicken in crushed corn flakes.
Place in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
