Cola Pork Chops

This is a uniquely delicious recipe. The soda does not yield enough calories to impact the recipe, so you can use regular soda if you prefer.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 4 servings

  • 4 pork chops, fat removed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-carb catsup
  • 1 cup diet cola
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda brown sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix the catsup with the cola and pour over the pork chops.

  4. Sprinkle chops with Splenda brown sugar.

  5. Bake for l hour or until pork chops are tender.
