Beef Stir Fry
Prepare this recipe in a wok. That way the heat is distributed evenly, making it virtually goof-proof.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 4 servings
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons shredded ginger root
- ½ cup shredded red hot chili peppers
- ½ pound sliced beef
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 1 tablespoon red cooking wine
Heat the peanut oil in a heavy skillet or wok.
Add the ginger root and chili peppers.
Add sliced beef, soy sauce, Splenda, and cooking wine.
Stir ingredients until color of beef changes to brown.
