How to Fondue
Fondue was a classic peasant dish, born in Switzerland as a way to use up aging cheese. Today, packaged fondue is easy because you can melt it according to the directions and it's virtually goof-proof. The best part is you can add nearly anything you like to the cheese, like chopped vegetables, nuts, or even cooked meats.
