1. Ground and center in a sacred space.

2. At equal distances, place the seven amethyst points in a circle large enough for you to sit in.

3. Sit in the center of this star, and anoint your candle with the lilac oil. Rub the candle with the oil, starting from the wick to end. 5. Channel the universal energy. Visualize the violet ray and feel the energy come through your crown. Feel the energy come through your body and radiate out into each of the seven stones.

6. See each stone become empowered by the energy that flows in a clockwise motion. See the amethysts glow luminously as they become more and more empowered by the violet ray.

7. Now see the luminous amethysts, glowing gently, flow into one another in a clockwise motion. Feel the energy gently swirl around you.

8. Let this energy grow around you and encase you in a beautiful swirling bubble of violet light.

9. Allow the beautiful bubble to merge with your energy field. Drink in the wonderful feeling of luminosity, see yourself becoming pure energy, and merge with the gentle flow of beautiful violet light.

10. See yourself as pure violet energy and feel that you no longer need this burden.

11. When you are ready to release, finish pulling the amethyst energy completely into yourself and raise your hands and face toward the sky. Repeat the following release affirmation:
