Enhancement Spell

This is an advanced spell that takes patience and planning. It will enhance all of your basic attributes in the form of the five senses as they relate to each element. This spell exudes an abundance of positive energy to those who are worthy and receptive. Before this particular ritual, prepare yourself completely for this advanced type of magick. Consider doing a cleansing bath or shower. Ground and center completely, and smudge to prepare your space. This magick requires opening a full circle.

You must perform this spell on the full moon. If you can, perform this spell on a Friday when the moon is full. Full moons rarely fall on Fridays, but casting this spell when they do lends extra potency to your spell.

Ingredients

4 orange tea lights

5 single terminated quartz crystals

fresh mint leaves

your favorite perfume or love synergy from this book

1 handful of fine grain white iridescent glitter

1 blue or white rose, de-thorned

1 carnelian tumbled stone

The orange candles and the carnelian stone are used for attraction. They magnify the sacral chakra, emanating sexual energy. The single terminated crystals are magnifiers of the five senses for you and those around you. The mint leaves activate the sense of taste and are used to attract love. The glitter relates to glamour magick and profound beauty inside and out. The perfume adds the recognition of your scent. The blue rose's soft texture represents the sense of touch, and the color blue connects with the direction West and water.

• Hold and charge all four candles. Visualize attracting your mate to you. See yourself happy in your newfound loving relationship.

• Take all of your ingredients and place in a circle, moving in a clockwise manner. Use the following checklist to ensure proper placement of items. Sit in the center, and begin by facing North. Use a pendulum or compass to find true North.

  North: Place 1 orange candle, 1 crystal, and mint leaves

  East: Place 1 orange candle, 1 crystal, and glitter

  Southeast: Place 1 crystal and your favorite perfume

  South: Place 1 orange candle

  Southwest: Place 1 crystal

  West: Place 1 orange candle, 1 crystal, and the blue rose

• Place the single terminated crystal points facing in toward the center to direct the energy to you, creating a five-pointed star grid.

• Place your carnelian in the center of your circle.

• Cast your circle and sit in the center of the circle facing North, keeping your carnelian in your lap.

• Draw down the moon's energy to charge yourself and your circle components. To do this, visualize the full moon. Raise your dominant hand up to the moon. See a beam of energy streaming down from the full moon into your power hand and entering your body. See this energy filling your whole essence, empowering you, purifying you, and raising your vibration. Draw the power down through your body and into the carnelian in your lap. When you feel the carnelian is charged and empowered, send the energy out to the remaining crystals. Empower and activate the rest of the spell components. Draw in and direct this energy, forming a complete, enclosed pentacle.

• In the North quarter, hold up your mint and recite the following incantation:

  “By the power of North,

  They taste me,

  I am refreshing and breathe truth.”

  Eat a mint leaf.

• Clockwise, move to the East, and recite:

  “By the power of East,

  They see me.”

  Blow a handful of glitter.

• Turn to the Southeast and recite:

  “By the power of Southeast,

  They smell me.”

  Anoint yourself with perfume or oil.

• Turn to the Southwest and recite:

  “By the power of Southwest,

  They hear me.”

  Tone the mantra:

  “Om, hum, klim, (pronounced kleem) yum.”

• Turn to the West and recite:

  “By the power of the West,

  They feel me.”

  Gently brush the rose over your skin and body.

• Face North and visualize and absorb the energy that has been charging into you and the carnelian.

• Continue to draw in all magick and empowerment from the four directions and the intent for the five senses. When you can't seem to accept any more, release the extra energy up to the heavens to finalize the spell. You are now fully charged and enhanced. By releasing the excess, you send your intent out into the universe for the rest of the attraction magick to work.

• Close out the circle and leave an appropriate offering.

For this kind of ritual it is necessary to give back to your community in some way as an offering of thanks. Think of a reasonable but grand gesture or act of random kindness as a way to give back.
