This section contains powerful attraction spells to bring together two hearts deserving of each other. This spell uses the symbolism in a traditional tarot deck. Focus on the energies in the suit of cups for love, happiness, and the life force of the emotional heart. For this spell, the cup image represents the holy grail, relating to the bond of everlasting love and life. The path of energy, drawn and connected with the bloodstone, forms an upside-down triangle, echoing the shape of the chalice. Arrange and host this spell in a sacred space or altar where it can work continuously without being disturbed.

The three cards reflect the aspects of the sacred trinity of the universal energies, male and female alike. Working with the King and Queen of Cups, the cards represent the female and male energies coming together to create a balanced and happy relationship. The Ten of Cups represents the desired goal of lasting success and emotional fulfillment within an honorable and virtuous relationship. Bloodstone, with its extreme powers of manifestation and attraction, is used to connect and attract the querents (the ones who query). The movement of the stone creates unification between the querents with the bonds of love and strength.

• Choose the card that represents you. If you are a female, choose the Queen of Cups; if you are male, choose the King of Cups. Hold and charge. Empower this card with your energy. See and feel all the love from your heart filling this card and empowering it with the intent to send out love to connect with and attract your mate. Use the other card to represent your mate. Hold and charge. Empower this card with all the qualities you are looking for in a mate. See and feel all the love from your heart filling this card and empowering it with the intent to attract your mate to you.

• Place your cards in an upright position in a triangle form as shown in figure 5-2.

• Hold and charge your bloodstone. Empower its properties of manifestation and attraction. While holding the bloodstone on top of the Ten of Cups, visualize a beam of energy entering and surrounding the card, empowering the goal to manifest. Recite the following incantation:

  “By the power of bloodstone, I empower thee!”

• Move the stone, and hold it on top of the card representing yourself. Recite the following incantation:

  “By the power of bloodstone, I empower thee!”

• Move the stone, and hold it on top of the card representing your mate. Recite the following incantation:

  “By the power of bloodstone, I empower thee!”

• Move the stone, and hold it on top of the Ten of Cups once again. Recite the following incantation:

  “And together we unite, three by three!”

• See the completed energy path as a glowing triangle. Place the stone at the bottom of the triangle formation to represent the handle of the chalice.

Charge your spell often to keep the energy in the chalice filled and flowing for the manifestation to work continuously.

The Siren's Call

The Siren's Call empowers your voice to be seductive and attractive to all those who hear it. The Sirens, also known as sea nymphs, are often depicted as mermaids. Legend states that those who hear the song of the Sirens are mesmerized by their beautiful voices. Call upon the Sirens to bless and empower your voice so that it may resonate through the waters of emotion and love to find your mate.

This spell requires visiting a shoreline of a pond, ocean, or stream.

• Walk to the water's edge. Hold your seashell over the water, and recite the following incantation:

  “Sing to me the songs of the sea,

  That I may speak so lover'ly,

  Send out this message of love for me,

  Attract and find my love to be.”

• Scoop up water with your seashell to bless and empower it.

• String the seashell onto the embroidery thread, and wear this charm to enchant your voice.

• Leave your offering of choice at the water's edge, bidding farewell and gratitude to the Sirens.
