Whether you reach out to someone in your neighborhood who is going through breast cancer treatment by making a meal, or offering someone a ride to the doctor, or just a leisurely ride to distract them from the events of the day, every little bit matters. When you are actively receiving breast cancer treatment, you will probably have limited energy for reaching out to others. However, as you begin your recovery, it can help your own healing process to help others.
