His notebooks show his love of story-telling and performing, as Leonardo created fables to recite and music to perform at the courts of Europe. As a teacher, Leonardo seems to have had mixed ratings from his students. While many people wanted to study with him, his genius proved hard to share, and he had no real artistic heirs.
