Living Your Life Inside Out
Kundalini Shakti is perceived as a manifestation of the energetic feminine form of the Divine. When you decide to seek a higher spiritual life and begin to attract wisdom and spiritual understanding instead of “stuff,” she will begin to open and empower the energy centers of the body, according to the teachings of Kundalini Maha yoga. You will become transformed. Instead of living in a material world and having your body senses dictating how you live your life, you can choose to live out your days in a different way — from the inside out.
Eternal Now
When your heart is open and your mind is beyond duality thinking, you can truly live in the present moment with consciousness of all moments — past, present, and future — contained in one time/space continuum. Yogis say that for such holy beings, there is nothing that can't be known or done.
The purpose of life, some believe, is self-development and the unfolding of the divine latent powers within. In The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Dr. Deepak Chopra references the Law of Pure Potentiality, also known as the Law of Unity (because underlying infinite diversity is the unity of the One). These are universal laws, just like the Law of Attraction. As you dream this dream of your life, you tap into the realm of infinite possibility. It isn't to be found outside of you but rather within.
Infinite Possibilities
The Law of Karma will bring experiences into your life as you consciously and unconsciously send out your thoughts, but you get to decide how to handle what comes. Imagine the possibilities of always knowing the right thing to do and the right moment in which to do it. Consider being able to block illness from ever coming into your body or to attract unfathomable wealth. Imagine being able to traverse the cosmos by imagery and thought. Think about how you might use infinite power and wisdom for peace and high and noble purposes. You have the power to transform yourself into a self-realized or enlightened being. In fact, an Indian sage named Patanjali wrote a book to explain how.
The Yoga Aphorisms of Patanjali, also commonly called The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, is a collection of terse verses, pregnant with meaning, albeit sometimes obscure or hidden, taken from Vedic Hinduism. The text dates to roughly 200 B.C. but has gained popularity in recent times because of the burgeoning interest in yoga as a means of health and harmonic mind/ body alignment.
When you desire enlightenment, the power switch is flipped on, and light dispels darkness or ignorance. Your usual state of being becomes one of peace and joy or bliss. Enlightened, you possess the kingdom of God, for in the state of self-realization, you become godlike. According to some yogis, god-realized individuals know all that is knowable, and even if the sacred texts from all religious paths were destroyed, a god-realized being could re-create them. People won't recognize you by all the “stuff” you have attracted and manifested but rather by your expression of love, wisdom, and power. Find the secret hidden deep inside your heart. As Rumi, the Sufi mystic might say, someone is calling you; maybe it's your own soul asking you to open the door.
