Get Solutions to Problems

Sometimes when you are on a spiritual path, life issues and problems begin to surface unexpectedly, even frequently. Some yogis assert that this happens because you are consciously making efforts at spiritual unfolding and that speeds up processes that make your karmic debts and gifts show up more quickly.

Regular daily meditation, even if you only do it for ten minutes or so, offers a period of relief from life's constant barrage of stimulation and problems. When you meditate, you temporarily shut off the senses, calm your breathing, and allow your brain to rest and recharge. Then, an amazing thing happens. After a period of inner stillness when you again bring mental focus upon a problem, solutions may pop into your mind. Such options may be ones you never thought of because your hyperfocus on the problem blocked them.

You can also bring about an energy shift by doing something physical. Leave your problem at the house or office and take a walk in nature. The energy vibration of nature can calm you. Not thinking about the problem while you enjoy a stroll around a lake, through the woods, on the beach, around a park, or across a meadow clears and refreshes your mind. The Law of Attraction, as you know, is always at work. When you detach from the problems, knowing with deep conviction that inherent in every problem is the means to solve it, the law can effortlessly deliver a solution.

You can overthink or overanalyze a problem and block ideas for possible options. Your brain is constantly bombarded with information and must work like a processor to deal with it all. Think of meditation as a period of relief for the brain. In a calm, yet alert and focused state, ideas will begin to flow.
