Pendulum dowsing has been around for thousands of years. Recently it has gained acceptance as a divining tool in conjunction with the Law of Attraction. It helps determine if a person is on the right track for drawing in the things he wants. The pendulum can give yes or no answers. One of the earliest dowsing images dates to circa 6000 B.C. Found in the Tassilin-Ajjer Mountains of eastern Algeria, it shows a human figure holding a forked stick. Ancient Egyptian and Chinese images of dowsing have also been discovered on papyruses and shards of pottery.
