What Are You Waiting For?

Get started right away, and vow to continue for a full thirty days. After that you won't want to stop. Krav Maga training is addictive. While you may struggle through the first few weeks, it will become a healthy habit after just one month. For many, Krav Maga training is the favorite part of their day. Krav Maga classes have become the focal point for many students who take classes four or five days a week, often two to three classes each evening.

The hardest part is getting started, so get started while all this new information is fresh in your mind and your enthusiasm is high. Do something. Procrastination leads to feelings of frustration and disappointment. Starting will immediately improve your mental state.
