No Excuses
Don't become dependent on a gym environment for training. Mix up your locations as well as the type, duration, and focus of your workouts. You are the product. So depend solely on yourself, and never let yourself down. Avoid the usual excuses: bad weather, long workdays, too much to do.
Learn to train anywhere — outdoors, in cold weather, in hot weather, in the rain. Varying environmental factors will only help to further strengthen you.
