Ancient Egyptians believed that when a person died, his or her unique spirit, or “ba,” was set free. This spirit would go looking for the person's life force, or “ka.” The ba could only search for the ka at night. During the day it had to return to the mummy of its person! The ba looked like a small bird with the face of the person it belonged to. Match this ba to the correct mummy and get him home as quickly as possible. Hurry up, the sun is rising!
